How do I pay?
At checkout, choose how you'd like to pay. Crypto: you go to a secure payment page right after ordering, and your order is marked PAID automatically once it confirms. Other payment: we email you payment options for your order from info@azteclabs.net. Every order gets a confirmation email with an order summary PDF, plus status updates as it moves along.
How fast is shipping, and how much?
Orders arrive within 2–5 business days once payment is confirmed, shipped with tracking. U.S. shipping is a $10 flat rate, and free on orders of $150 or more. It's calculated automatically at checkout.
When will I get tracking?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also check anytime on the order status page with your order number and email, or in your account.
Where can I see lab results?
Every posted certificate of analysis (COA) is on the Lab Reports page and in each product's details. Match the batch number on the report to your product. Need a COA that isn't posted yet? Email info@azteclabs.net with your order number.
How do the promotions work?
